"We did experience one problem that was quickly resolved. The appraiser sent us a bill, and we paid it. We received the preliminary form, and the appraiser's fee was listed. It was then removed, but it reappeared on the final form. It was removed in a satisfactory time frame. Originally we were buying a house on Lake Norman, and we went through the application process for it. We changed our minds and bought a house at Smith Mountain Lake. We were thrilled that we did not have to repeat the whole process, because Movement had an office that serves SML."
