"Lu Graham was absolutely 💯 Awesomeness, however the back office experience was not the greatest. If it were not for Lu I think we would’ve walked and gone somewhere else. But Lu is the only reason why my buyers and I stayed. I felt there was no sense of urgency from anyone else and understand that Lu had to pull teeth and nails to get people in motion and she did an amazing job advocating for our buyer."
