Christa Martinez joins Movement Mortgage as Bakersfield Market Leader
BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA — Movement Mortgage, a national top 10 retail mortgage lender, has named Christa Martinez its newest Market Leader in Bakersfield, California.
Martinez comes to Movement from Residential Bancorp where she was a branch manager. In her new role, she'll lead a team of loan officers in customer service, production, recruiting and community engagement. She'll report to Regional Director Mack McConkey.
She brings more than a decade of mortgage experience to the job. In addition to being a top producer who has received numerous awards, Martinez is also a Certified Life Coach. She specializes in personal and business growth strategy.
Martinez knew from her first conversation with McConkey that something special was going on at Movement. Martinez said, "The system at Movement impressed me, but the culture was my deciding factor." She has big plans for the Bakersfield market. "We plan to put Movement on the map in Central Valley," says Martinez. "I am looking forward to impacting the community with the Movement mission."
Martinez has been married to her husband for 16 years and has three children. She most enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, writing and working with foster children.
