The only issues were some minor snags at closing, related to the amount needing to be brought to the closing table. This was not because of Natalie, but rather other people in the company who have different roles. During those situations as well, Natalie remained an advocate and supportive presence. I would definitely recommend Natalie. Just be aware that there are other people who have a hand in the process and messages to not always get relayed clearly. These were minor issues, and do not take away from Natalie's kindness, professionalism, knowledge and transparency about the process. Because of her, I was able to get a NC Housing grant for down-payment assistance, which made a huge difference in the amount I had to pay. Very caring and personable, yet professional lady."
