"Natalie was wonderful, knowledgeable and advocated for me as a buyer. Severe ran some numbers before I committed to completing a formal loan application. The only issues were some minor snags at closing, related to the amount needing to be brought to the closing table. This was not because of Natalie, but rather other people in the company who have different roles. During those situations as well, Natalie remained an advocate and supportive presence. I would definitely recommend Natalie. Just be aware that there are other people who have a hand in the process and messages to not always get relayed clearly.
