"To the amazing Mortgage, Title and Closing Teams; My story all starts with a problem and ends with a solution. Starting with my current Mortgage company, who tried to their best to work out a re-financing deal that would help me with a lower rate and to consolidate some debt. Unfortunately they were unable to complete a re-financing deal with my Mortgage company of 11 years.
