"Jon and his team were amazing. Jon really explained the process well at the beginning when we were getting qualified for a loan. Then, Jon and Jill guided us through the pre-approval process. Once we decided to purchase a home, Jon gave us excellent advice on which type of mortgage and rates, etc. were the best option. He also was very helpful in giving us the big picture of the process. Then, Megan helped us with the details of finalizing the documentation and requirements for the underwriters. She was extremely good with the details and made sure we understood each step of the process. She and Jon were also re-assuring when we faced difficulties getting IRA distributions set up and documented. That was quite a stressful time because of the quick closing date and the possibility of not being able to meet all the requirements, but we eventually received and submitted everything that was needed. Jon and his team are excellent in every way. They held our hands all the way through. Without them, we would not have been able to purchase this new home. We are so thankful for Movement Mortgage."
