"Ive bought and sold many houses in the past and I'm not sure if the lending requirement and rules has change over the years but it seems to me the income verification for the loan amount didn't make sense to me . It just seems there was a lot more documents the under writters needed the s time around? Again im not sure if the lending rules has change but the team got the loan before the closing date and we received our keys to the house thank you"
