Movement Mortgage, a national top 10 retail mortgage lender, is excited to announce the addition of Darren Corder and his team to our Delaware market.

Corder is a United States Navy and Delaware National Guard veteran, serving 12-plus years in the military. While serving, Darren was a military recruiter, where he learned the ins and outs of sales strategy.

Over the course of 17 years in the mortgage business, Corder has helped more than 2,000 families achieve their dreams of homeownership. Corder will be joined by his trusted partner and junior loan officer, Lee Bolton (NMLS #729612), to expand Movement's growing Delaware market.

When asked why they chose to make the move to Movement Mortgage, Corder says he found a part of himself in the company.

"I feel that Movement has the same values and mission as I do," says Corder, "which are to love and help our communities and neighbors as the first and foremost thing."

The Corder team will serve Delaware and the rest of the Mid-Atlantic region under the leadership of Market Leader, Steve Barker. The team's main goal is to help more families, be a source of love and support for the community and help grow Movement in the Mid-Atlantic.

Corder (NMLS #812438) has six incredible children, ranging from age 8 to 30, whom he's raised with his beautiful, wonderful partner, friend and wife Suzyn. When he isn't serving families in finance, or supporting the community, he is a passionate backyard BBQ and smoker nerd and is a movie aficionado.  Corder is proud to have served this country as a former U.S. Navy Petty Officer and then as a Staff Sergeant in the Delaware Army National Guard. He is also a self-admitted hard rock and 70s/80's metal head.
