Movement Mortgage has been named one of the Top Mortgage Employers of 2019 in National Mortgage Professional Magazine.

Winners were selected based on open voting and the following criteria:

• Internal communications
• Training resources
• Industry participation
• Innovation

This criteria was weighted based on what readers of the magazine felt was most important. For example, corporate culture is worth more than the speed of the company. Industry reputation was also a factor in the decision.

Movement Mortgage was founded in 2008 and grew into a top-ten national retail mortgage lender in less than a decade. Recently, Movement took another step forward by making its first acquisition by purchasing the retail division of Eagle Home Mortgage. That deal added added 35 branches and more than 200 employees across the Pacific Northwest.
