"First, Chris stepped in right on time when my loan application had been withdrawn from another mortgage lender. He was able to use all of the information I had provided with to previous mortgage lender and get an approval with (doable) conditions within days. He maintained constant communication either through himself or someone in his company. In times when I didn't hear from him, and I reached out, his response was prompt and informative. Additionally, when an email came back saying that he was out of the office, next thing I knew, I received a phone call, a text, or email addressing my concern. This was on more than one occasion. Any of the concerns or questions I had, he dealt with it directly. In return, I did the same (when he needed additional information) because we both wanted to close quickly. Overall he was able to get me in my brand new home within less than 30 days. I dare say 3 weeks about 21 days. I would certainly recommend him for anyone seeking a loan for a home.
