"First, Chris stepped in right on time when my loan application had been withdrawn from another mortgage lender. He was able to use all of the information I had provided with to previous mortgage lender and get an approval with (doable) conditions within days. He maintained constant communication either through himself or someone in his company. In times when I didn't hear from him, and I reached out, his response was prompt and informative.
