Movement Mortgage, a top 10 national retail mortgage lender, is proud to announce Senior Vice President for Capital Markets Caroline Payne is a 2019 HousingWire Women of Influence honoree.

Payne is part of a tremendous field of women who have provided significant, positive contributions to the housing industry.

HousingWire names Movement's Caroline Payne a Woman of Influence
Senior VP of Capital Markets Caroline Payne

As Movement's head of capital markets, Payne is responsible for the development and rollout of all loan products offered by Movement Mortgage. Her breadth of knowledge in the mortgage space gives Payne the ability to articulate her thoughts and ideas to senior leadership, peers and teammates to gain buy-in on complex issues. She continually drives change within Movement's organization.

Caroline's team has been instrumental in bringing a robust suite of mortgage loan products including, but not limited to: Proprietary expanded and non-QM product offerings, a robust menu of prime jumbo programs with multiple investor outlets, competitive affordable lending programs targeted for first-time and low-to-moderate income homebuyers, Construction to Permanent conventional and renovation loan programs as well as highly competitive extended lock programs just to name a few.

Although central to the organization, Payne is not one who accepts praise for her accomplishments, instead crediting her entire team for the success. "We work hard day in and day out in a high-pressure role to ensure we deliver the most competitive products and pricing to the loan officer community," says Payne.

Her primary driving force is to keep things fun and to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to contribute. Payne believes you should smile and laugh every day with your team. Her peers call Caroline a team player almost to her own demise in that she is always willing to step up and help out.

Payne joins two other Movement leaders who have been honored with the Women of Influence award. Chief Financial Officer Laura Bowles was part of HousingWire's list in 2017 with Chief Commercial Officer Michelle Donnelly adding her name to the list in 2018.
