Crystal is a Business Development Manager at Movement Mortgage and has been with the company for three years. She grew up in Johnston, Rhode Island, and graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Cybersecurity in 2020.

She began her professional career at Amica as a Workforce Development Analyst before transitioning into the mortgage industry two years later. Today, Crystal focuses on building relationships with real estate professionals, growing community partnerships, and supporting the team through marketing and client experience initiatives.

Brett Belden brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services and operational leadership to his role as Production Manager at Movement Mortgage. A Georgia native, Brett earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from Georgia State University before beginning his career in Tennessee, where he spent over a decade working as an Asset Manager. In that role, he developed deep expertise in portfolio management, risk analysis, and process optimization.

After relocating to New England to be with his wife, Brett transitioned into the mortgage industry, where he has spent the past five years helping lead high-performing production teams at Movement Mortgage. He is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to creating efficient systems that support both clients and loan officers.

She handles the backend review of documents, processes loans, and submits complete files to underwriting to help get buyers into their homes. What she enjoys most about mortgages is being part of a phenomenal team that helps so many people achieve their dream of homeownership.

Her goal is to consistently deliver top-level customer service while working quickly and efficiently to make the homebuying process the best experience possible. Ashley has built a reputation for prioritizing the quality of her work and ensuring every file meets the highest standards.
