Whitney is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator and has been working in the mortgage industry since 2003. Whitney earned her college degree in Psychology with a concentration in education, and upon graduation, she worked at Kennedy Krieger Institute teaching children in need of unique educational experiences. She later transitioned to a career in the mortgage industry as a processor. After developing processing skills and an extensive product knowledge base, she transitioned to originating mortgages full time. Working for both large retail and correspondent lenders over the years in the Baltimore area afforded her irreplaceable experience in the field of new construction, condo financing, renovation loans, investor loans, and even “sticks to bricks” construction loans. Her processing experience coupled with her vast product and guideline knowledge, and an ability to quickly pivot and provide creative solutions to challenging financing situations, makes her a great match for any type of buyer.
