"Terry was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and he would help us at the drop of a hat. However, there were some aspects of our mortgage and the mortgage process that I wish we had been alerted to during the pre-approval process. Therefore, some aspects of the home purchase became much more stressful than I would have liked. In addition, I learned that numbers are changing constantly as the title report is complete - I would recommend that when these numbers change, we are alerted to how numbers changed from the original estimate, and if needed, why they changed. Overall, we greatly appreciated Terry’s hard-work and his willingness to answer all of our questions in an instant. Moving forward I hope he and his team will be a little but more communicative of terms up front."
