Tammy Wagner believes homeownership can change the trajectory of a family's future. She has seen firsthand how owning a home can create stability, help build equity, and provide opportunities that extend far beyond a mortgage.

For close to twenty years, Tammy has helped individuals and families across Minnesota and Wisconsin purchase homes, refinance, and prepare for what's next. In addition to serving her primary markets in the Midwest, she is also licensed in Florida. Passionate about expanding access to homeownership, she helps clients navigate options such as down payment assistance programs, first time homebuyer programs, VA home loans, and other financing solutions. Early in her banking career, she saw too many deserving buyers miss opportunities because they lacked guidance or awareness of available resources. That experience continues to shape her commitment to helping homebuyers from all backgrounds move forward with confidence.

Tammy is known for taking the time to understand each client's situation before recommending a path forward. She believes no two borrowers are alike and that the best mortgage strategy starts with listening. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, a veteran, or a family facing unique financial circumstances, her goal is simple: help people make informed decisions and move forward with peace of mind.

Throughout her career, Tammy has built strong relationships with clients by being responsive, resourceful, and willing to tackle challenges that others may walk away from. She takes pride in helping buyers uncover opportunities, overcome obstacles, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.

She has a special appreciation for veterans, healthcare professionals, educators, first responders, and Homes for Heroes participants. Helping those who spend their lives serving others become homeowners is a responsibility she considers a privilege. When she's not helping clients purchase or refinance a home, Tammy enjoys traveling, boating, spending time with her husband and daughter, and staying involved in the communities she serves.

For Tammy, the most rewarding part of her work is watching someone receive the keys to a home they were not sure would ever be possible.
