"In the beginning of my refinance she was extremely helpful but as time went on it became more difficult to get ahold of her and others with movement mortgage. I would have to be the one reaching out everyday to see what I needed to be doing to move the process along. There ended up being many miscommunications which was frustrating. Overall everything was done on time and finished but wish that the same experience I got in the beginning lasted through the entire process. There were many times where I felt more like a burden than a paying customer."
