"Scott and his team were incredible. Scott was our lender for our first home in Las Vegas. He was so kind and trustworthy we eventually became friends and now he is part of our village. He is an asset to whatever company he works for. When I messed up on paperwork no one made me feel incompetent or small. They held my hand through the whole process. We moved back to Norther Michigan which is a rural area, and it was very hard getting anyone to use a VA loan. Scott took the time to talk to anyone to help us get into a home. You could throw a stone and hit a real estate agent in our town and when I tell them about Scott, his team and their amazing work and that he can do a VA loan in 30 days no one believes me. I have passed his number on to agents and buyers so much this month, his number is the first that comes up in my phone. On more of a personal note, you need to have the Scott Moraine teaching program established in your company. He is highly ethical, trustworthy and incredibly generous. We are a military family and very loyal to those who we consider part of our village. I don’t want this to sound partial because he is my friend, I would say these same exact things before we ever became friends, and I have. I wish every human in this world had a little more of Scott in them."

"I was kind of forced into this situation with the passing of my dad to get my house in my name and both Scott and Martin help me tremendously I know nothing of the business aspect of refinancing a house and they made it Pleasant they communicated at times I was very unpleasant with going through other things and they were very compassionate to my situation it was just a good experience and soon I will deal with them again cuz I'm definitely going to try to buy another house I'm looking forward to working with Martin and Scott"
