"Have not done a real estate purchase since 2004. Have refinanced though. The amount of information required now seems like overkill. So much redundancy to get the same information in so many different forms. Was difficult for us as we were full time RVers and our documents and computers were in storage. While Sarah was incredible (prompt in responding to any questions and professional in every way) we felt that Kelly was not quite up to the high standards we had received before her involvement. We thought maybe she was new. sometimes she would not respond/reply to questions until requested numerous times and that she often asked for things we had already sent (thus creating more work for us.) She was nice/pleasant but we questioned her experience level. Of course, Sarah usually came through whenever we had a concern. All in all, everything went well in the end and some of the issues had more to do with the difficulty we found ourselves in trying to locate all the information that was being requested and thus not really reflective of Movement Mortgage. Would def use them again if Sarah is our loan officer."
