Sam Sandoval has been in the mortgage and finance industry for nearly a decade. As a mortgage loan officer, Sam is experienced in first-time homebuyer loans, conventional financing, and investor loans. Sam prides herself in education and is a Virginia Housing Qualified Trainer. She prides herself on strong communication and relationship-building skills, in addition to being bilingual in Spanish and English.
