"Great communication with Riley, she gave us helpful documents that made it easy to understand the process. She was very easy to get in touch with as well and came to closing to help everything along! Points of frustration with the overall process: I would appreciate it being more clear when your team is asking for things ( i.e. third party employment verification, pay stubs, etc) what exactly it is being used for. If you ask me "we need to confirm your employment using our third party app" then I will assume all you need is to verify my employment. But, if you actually were going to do that AND verify my last pay rate change, then that needs to be stipulated up front so I can arrange that access given via the third party app and you don't have to circle back to me multiple times when what I originally provided did not fulfill the entire request. Being more clear upfront in the needs of your questions will help me fulfill them more efficiently. I would also make it more clear to first-time homebuyers that there WILL be follow up questions once you go under contract. The way it was originally phrased to us was that 'all the detail work was done upfront to save time' and that was not the case in our experience."
