Riley Chase

"First of all, I was very scared to buy a new home, and moving from Wisconsin to Washington was also a daunting thought. I am turning 70 this year and have been a widow for 6 years now. I've never EVER done anything like this without a husband. Which has been my life since the day my husband died..learning and doing things I never imagined doing without him. I made it very clear that my main reason for buying a house and making such a move wasn't really because I wanted to but because I decided to while I can still make the choice myself. Being in our family home which I can't easily keep up myself has become too much and I know how the house and property is suffering due to this. My son lives 15 miles from my new home, he was the main power behind my decision. My daughter and grandaughter will be coming, also from Wisconsin, to live with me in Washington. When the absolute perfect house presented itself I just knew it was a sign so I went for it. Riley knew my story. He also knew my fear. I feel like everyone involved was respectful of my situation and that was a huge help throughout the process. As a 70 year old woman, used to a husband dealing with the big financial parts of life for 43 years, I could have never imagined buying a house going so smoothly and quickly. I am now excited to make my move and that alone says a lot. I thank Riley for it all and his patience."

"Just a very personable experince, you can tell there is actual care in the interactions. Also in the work ethic of his team or collaborators he works with. I like the fact when you work with Riley there is a whole team that is setup for you to work with. Everyone actually commuincates with one another. I honeslty was hesitant at first since this was my 1st time on my own buying a home but I didnt have any bad experinces. I also like the fact that Riley and his team do not make you feel dumb when you have any questions or need more clarafication on some terminology that you are just not use too. It also helped that everyone was flexiblile and willing to take phone calls after 5pm. Not everyone has the luxury of just working bank hours, there is no way I could feel comfortable to buying a home without this flexibility. Riley and his team earned my respect for them as a whole and I hope they continue to being successful in their career and their passion on helping people finding a place to call home."
