"Richard and Estephany were really kind, patient, and respectful. We loved working with them and it was important to us that they be bilingual (Spanish speakers) There was a lot asked of us that we did not aniticpate that are rutine but stressed us out because we didn't know we would be asked for them. For example, they wanted a verbal verification of employment 3 days before closing. We completely understand the need for this but we weren't made aware and so we had to scramble to contact my employeer to please answer the office phone ASAP (they are very slow to respond, sometimes taking a day to a week, we never know, they've been short staffed a lot). If we had known, we would have alerted HR weeks before. It was things like that. We were able to get everything done, but it was stressful because it was time sentive. Next time, it would be helpful to know the things that will definitely be required and by what timeline. That might be known to people with experience with the buying process but we are new to getting a mortgage. Richard, our lender, was kind, and helped us so much. We're thankful for him and his team.
