My favorite thing of this team over other lenders I've worked with was that the team would make tedious underwriting tasks as simple as possible. For instance, I had to find an SPD of a 401k where Gayle sent me instructions on how to find it on financial portal. I was able to follow the steps to retrieve it to send to the team. Another instance was where I needed to write a letter and I was able to send a text explanation that the team put into a DocuSign that I could sign instead of writing on paper and taking a picture.
