It was nice to be able to talk about options before we even put an offer on a home, to see what we could really afford. All of our loan options were thouroughly explained to us, so we understood up front what our costs would be. Quinn's knowledge of the market also helped us secure the best possible rate during a volatile time of flucuations in rates. Also appreciated the ease of using the electronic signing system, which made it easy to review, then sign all of the paperwork. The only thing I would have improved is if we could have received the last package of closing documents a bit sooner before our closing time, to give us more time to review and sign.
