"We bought our first home this past summer, and really we were total newcomers to the whole process. We knew we had a lot to learn, and being careful and detail oriented people, we were prepared for a steep learning curve in what can be an arduous and complicated process. We looked at and talked to a lot of people to get to Pete, but when we found him, we could tell we'd found someone different right away. He wasn't pushy, he wasn't bossy, he listened carefully to everything we said. He knew the answer to every question, he explained the answers, and in the process taught us ten more things we didn't know to ask. He was ALWAYS available. We started to feel a little bad calling him as much as we did, but he treats you like he's known you for years. In a business riddled with used-car salesmen types, you have to have someone who cares about his clients, and Pete builds business the old-fashioned way: honest labor and quality work. Our deal was complicated, the seller and their realtor were very difficult, the property was multi-parceled, and there were a few unforeseen issues with the county. When your dream home is in the balance, all of this seems like the end of the world, but Pete was like our own fixer. There is nothing he couldn't handle. Having him on our side kept us calm and sane, and most importantly, we got into our dream home with a way better than average rate! I would NEVER let anyone I care about USE ANYONE ELSE!"
"Pete gave me the best experience when it came to home buying. The work ethic this guy puts in is ridiculous. he did not miss any of my calls ANY OF THEM and always had a prompt text reply. Even at unconventional business hours he is on his game. Pete was sent to me from the mortgage gods! After a previous lender could not come through. Pete made it happen! I am (was) a first time home buyer and did not by any means have a cookie cutter situation. Pete was right there with me all the way.. literally to the last second when I was sitting in the attorneys office..as long as Pete is in the business I would not look anywhere else or refer anyone else but Pete."
