"Every member of your team was pleasant, patient, courteous. Still, I felt overwhelmed at all I had to do for this process. I didn't grow up with a computer and cellphone, and I did not always understand what I was being asked to provide, or why it was requested. I couldn't seem to devote enough time to all the tasks I had toward moving because of the paper chase. I've never had so many headaches, and I don't have them at all."
