"There is a night and day contrast difference between Movement Mortgage and Navy Federal Credit Union. However, every company can always use improvements. My client's only complaint is the redundancy on requesting information & documentation that has already been previously provided by my clients. There is a major disjointed communication in understanding what has been received and what is needed. Once this understanding is corrected, the process will be less tedious and cumbersome to deal with. Other than that, Movement Mortgage was able to "close" the deal a week earlier than originally scheduled. Way to go!"
