"MICOLE !!!!!! When I tell you this woman SAVED MY LIFE. I never could have imagined that my loan officer would have been someone I wanted to invite over for dinner after my closing but she is absolutely a star in every sense of the word. Key strengths to note: * Phenomenal, professional, clear and concise communication. * Genuinely seemed to have my best interests at heart and was a gem to collaborate with especially as someone with a particularly complicated life and financial situation-- I never felt judged or put down and she had incredible, supportive suggestions Her encouragement felt real and well-informed. * She was attentive, kind, sensible, and helped me understand the process * Also can't be overstated: she's hilarious, realistic, and deeply experienced . Grows / negatives: * About Micole - NOTHING. Never change!!! * I do wish the transition to working with other members of the lending team could have been more transparent from Movements perspective: I recognized that the other members were collaborators with a unique role, but it was not always clear who was responsible for what element of my transaction . Reham Beshoy and Pamela James were both excellent - it was just a bummer sometimes to have to navigate some of the requests through a middle man communicator *"
