"Due to it being my first home purchase, I didn't know what to expect. I have heard that it is very stressfull to purchase a home in which in this case it was very much so. However, part of it was my schedule, being on night shift did not help the situation. Movement Mortgage did very good on trying to know my schedule and work with me with it. The only reason I would say the experience was good is because communication was not the best among Movement Mortgage members. I would receive an email from one person asking for documents and information. I would reply with the needed documents and I would be woken up the next morning asking for the same documents. After explaining that the documents were submitted to someone else days prior, I was told that they did not communicate properly. Other than that, the experience was fairly good. I honestley did not think I was going to be able to purchase this home, but Movement Mortgage proved me wrong and went above and beyond to make a dream come true. Strarting with my Realtor Jeff, he was amazing and connected me with Movement Mortgage. Jeff told me that if anyone could make it happen, it would be Movement. Thank all of the members that were involved for making my dream come true."
