Additionally, for the "extra" paperwork requested, we were not provided a secure link and I had to send via email-which could be hacked. They missed our requested/approved early close date and barely made the initial date 3 days later. Then hours after I signed I was called back because they sent another package to my attorney and needed more signatures. Most confusing frustrating closing I've dealt with."
