He was informative about topics your typical first time home buyer (like myself) wouldn’t have the first clue on. Matthew broke things down for me, cleared things up, and helped me weigh out my options! Each time I was interested in a home, I messaged him to run my numbers! I probably sent enough homes to have even the most patient man start getting frustrated. But not Matthew! Nope, he’d research the property and start crunching numbers for me right away!
