"WE GENERALLY HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT SOME OF THE COMMUNICATION WITH MATT'S ASSISTANT WAS NOT GREAT. THERE WERE SEVERAL INSTANCES OF ASKING FOR THE SAME INFORMATION AND THE REQUESTS WERE VERY PIECEMEAL. AT CLOSING, THE HOUSE INSURANCE WAS BACK ON THE CLOSING DOCUMENT EVEN THOUGH WE PAID IN TO THE INS. CO. UP FRONT AND IT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY REMOVED. WE HAD TO HAVE THE INSURANCE COMPANY SEND US A PAID RECEIPT IN ORDER TO GET A REFUND CHECK FROM THE TITLE COMPANY. I THINK MAYBE THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN MATT AND HIS ASSISTANT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER."
