"When asked for docs that were requested and being told that's not what was asked to be sent. Being ask for docs that were sent and receiving a texted or email talking to me like I'm a child "are you not understanding was is being asked of you". The requested docs were sent if you only take the time to read everything. The constant phone calls and emails wanting docs signed while I'm working was really ridiculous.i understand needing to get papers signed but, in order to keep my job i need to get it completed. Give a person a chance to get to the text or email and requesting paperwork to be received because your going out of town. Give me a chance to receive it from work.🙄"
