"The overall process was rather painless and direct. It seemed like everyone had a role and knew how to act on that. For constructive feedback, I would recommend consolidating the number of contacts, as it was a bit overwhelming answering to at least 7+ people and trying to maintain accountability. The lending and underwriting was a little monotonous as I was asked to provide repeated documents and to delve into financial information that I felt wasn't the business of the lender and was encroaching on personal privacy.
