Licensed across MD, VA, DC, PA, SC, and NC, she is highly experienced with first-time homebuyers, and state and county finance options, as well as renovation loan options
Known as a “teacher-lender,” Kimberly is recognized for clear communication, transparency, and a client-first approach—helping even complex or credit-challenged borrowers achieve successful closings. An active member of HCAR and a Freddie Mac CreditSmart Certified Facilitator, Kimberly is a passionate advocate for fair housing and equitable lending.
When not helping clients navigate homeownership, Kimberly enjoys being a kid while spending time with her grandchildren.
