"Everyone that we dealt with were forthcoming with information. However, at the end too many things were being thrown our way too quickly. We did this all through the Christmas holidays and it was nt always easy to get information and dispense information back to you. To be honest, we felt a bit under the gun during that time. It was also difficult to pin down some of the cost information. It also would have been better for us to have some kind of schedule given to us so that we knew what was coming up next so that we knew when things were coming due."
