"The service was good however, we think we were not given a competitive interest rate even though the rates were trending down. To put in perspective the final rate which we bought with almost $4,000 to buy down is similar to the interest rate currently in the market with no points . We were offered a much better rate with another lender but we couldn't change as we were very tight with the closing date ."
