"What made it great was Karen and her staff. Karen was very attentive to my needs as a 74 year old retired RN attempting to buy a home. She knows her business and what is needed by her clients to obtain a mortgage. Her staff assures you know the process step by step. She was always a phone call away as was her staff for questions .
