NEVER have I ever had to deal with wire transfers and satisfying the movement of funds. EXTREMELY STRESSFUL AND VERY UNPLEASANT. If that’s how Virginia handles mortgage closing…I am very disappointed. If it is this Title Companies way of doing business, I would rate them “ZERO “"
