"Jon was great, the rest of the team not so much. We kept asking for a final number for our wire transfer but nobody could give us a final number until 10:00 am the day before settlement. We were told to have the wire transfer set up two days before settlement. This added a lot of stress to the process. We didn’t get a correct settlement sheet until settlement- the previous sheet was incorrect, it didn’t have our deposit figured into it. We were told that it was because our deposit was not verified yet? All of our bank information was submitted weeks before this, we answered every question that was asked in a timely manner- usually the same day. Jon was very responsive when we called, I believe that the issue was from other members of the team."
