I'd send her what was needed and would hear back from her about the next step within 30mins. Despite running into some underwriting issues with the back Jenny STILL got me clear to close before our set closing date. I was VERY happy that this happened and happy that we did not have to wait longer. While at closing she even mentioned to me that if the rates started to go down that she would reach out and try to help me find a better rate! Thats some first class treatment right there. I would definatly make sure to ask for Jenny if your looking to buy a home. I highly doubt I will ever move again but, if I ever do I will go in the process with ease if Jenny is working my case.
