"I had a great experience working with Jason as my loan officer. From the beginning, he was knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and incredibly helpful. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured. He took the time to explain my options, answer my questions, and give me advice that honestly felt more like it was coming from a friend than someone just trying to close a loan. Jason really took the time to teach me about the mortgage process. As a first-time homebuyer, there were so many things I didn’t know, and he made sure I understood what was happening and why. I learned a lot from him throughout the process and always felt comfortable asking questions. Communication was also excellent. Jason was responsive and easy to reach, and his entire team worked quickly to keep things moving. This was especially important to me because I had previously been working with Chase and had a very different experience when it came to responsiveness and communication. The difference with Jason and his team was night and day. Our home-buying process was definitely not an easy one. We went through a lot of unexpected issues and stressful moments along the way, none of which were Jason or his team’s fault. Through all of it, they remained responsive, patient, and focused on getting us to the finish line. Having a team that communicated well and moved quickly made a difficult process much easier to navigate. I also really appreciated that Jason would give me his opinion and advice without ever making me feel like I had to choose a certain option. He gave me information, explained the pros and cons, and allowed me to make my own decisions. I genuinely felt like he wanted what was best for us, not just what would get the loan closed. Jason is knowledgeable, honest, patient, personable, and an excellent communicator. I would absolutely recommend him, especially to a first-time homebuyer who wants someone who will not only handle the loan but will actually take the time to educate you throughout the process. We definitely had some bumps in the road getting to closing, but Jason and his team were people I knew I could count on throughout it. I’m very grateful for everything they did to help us finally get the keys to our new home!"
