"Lack of communication between te seller,realtor and buyer Jason Brooks was awesome at helping me. but, the I paid for hime inspection twice and horribly angry with the outcome of repairs.Im told that someone would reach out to me but hasn't since I've moved in I've paid professional plumber's to correct my laundry area . I didn't haver a washer connection to the house which was suppose to be corrected and weren't so I paid out of pocket now I have to contact a professional electrician to fix repairs in the home that's on my twice paid inspection courtesy of me.No or little response from realtor tat sold me the home I had more contact with Michelle Neptune than I had with my realtor (sad).So overall I'm not a happy camper with the way things are but Jason Brooks and staff are wonderful and I would recommend him to assist with purchasing a home to other people but maybe choose different roads to travel on buying from the seller and the realtor communication"
