"Gosha was wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond to make the home buying process as painless as possible. After shopping around for mortgages, Gosha was not only able to match the best offers, but beat them! I would highly recommend Gosha to family, friends, and to anyone looking to get a loan."
"She and Carolyn were very helpful getting me through everything, very good with explaining everything and preparing me for the process as it progressed, very professional and kind!!"
"At a moment’s notice I could have questions answered"
"Gosha was straightforward and honest. She also had the best rate by far. Other lenders were vague and manipulative, she was not. Highly recommend."
"Gosha was wonderful!! Available when needed. Answered all questions asked. Very knowledgeable. Timely. Professional. Guided us through the process wonderfully. We highly recommend Gosha!!"
"Gosh is so knowledgeable and worked quickly yo meet my contract date and communicated with me throughout the process. She is the BEST!"
"Gosha was friendly, positive, and willing to find solutions. She has a transparent, clear communication style and does what she says she will do. We were purchasing our home from 4 time zones away, so we appreciated the way she communicated and her willingness to meet with us at odd hours. We highly recommend Gosha!"
"Very pleasant ,was always very helpful when i had a question ."
"This was a very stressful experience, and Gosha helped us through it all. I can't say that I'm happy with Movement over how my loan was handled, specifically having a company credit card held against me. We repeatedly went back and forth about how the debt was not mine, it is not on my credit report, and everything on it is 100% reimbursable travel expenses through my company. I find it completely unacceptable that I was forced to pay the balance of a revolving corporate travel card, that is NOT MY DEBT, through closing. I am still dealing with the repercussions of being forced to do it this way. Perhaps the underwriter needs extra training on how corporate travel cards work in relation to the cardholder's debt. In addition, I requested the mortgage contract for my review three weeks before closing, and it was not provided. I really find it absurd, that as long as this process takes, after I'm already in a contract with a seller that binds me to my mortgage company, that I am not able to see the terms of the contract. The attorney assured me that this is not something that is done, mainly because the information can change specific to my situation. I only ever wanted all the fine print, the things that do not change based on specific borrowers' situations, just all the details that are standard across the board. Apparently, this is an unreasonable thing to ask for, so closing day took a very long time as I read through all the documents. I say all of that because someone needs to be made aware that this is wrong, but also, I CANNOT OVERSTATE HOW DIFFICULT I CAN BE WHEN I FIND SOMETHING UNACCEPTABLE. I am extraordinarily particular and expect perfection (or as close as possible) in everything. At a certain point, I had to admit, that it might just be me. I don’t say that to say that it’s acceptable to do business like this, but when the majority of people are ok with the process, why would anyone ever change it for the better. I know I gave Gosha a really hard time, and through it all she was nothing but professional with a positive attitude and brought us through to close. When our original loan officer left the company while we were still looking for a house, she took over without missing a step. When I had problems with something (which happened a lot), she was patient, kind, and did everything she could to help. She was prompt, helpful, and passionate about what she does and how she could help us. I am very grateful to her, despite my feelings about the loan process."
