Hi, I'm Erika Westcott, Senior Loan Officer with Movement Mortgage (NMLS #472439), and I've been helping people find their way home since 1998.
Raised right here in Etowah County, it's a privilege to serve the community that raised me. For more than 25 years, I've helped homebuyers across Alabama navigate the mortgage process with confidence, whether they're purchasing their first home, moving up, downsizing, or investing in their future.
I have extensive experience helping veterans and active-duty military families use their VA home loan benefits, and I'm passionate about helping buyers explore down payment assistance programs that can make homeownership more affordable. I work with a variety of loan options, including VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional financing, and I love helping people understand which path makes the most sense for their goals.
