"Difference between LE & CD 16%. Your CD should not so be at such a deviation from LE. Gives a wrong impression. Also, it took a loooooooong time to get the CD. Looked like a tactic to trap a customer into committing at higher cost by cutting things so fine to the closing date. Did not leave time to get competitive CDs. Will be filing an analysis of LE-CD variation to claim refunds as per law."
