According to Scotsman Guide, Dana consistently ranks among the top 0.5% of loan officers nationwide. Throughout her career, she has helped thousands of homeowners achieve their real estate goals, closing more than $1 billion in mortgages.

Dana is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless, stress-free closing experience for every client. She manages offices in Mooresville, NC, and Myrtle Beach, SC. Outside of work, Dana enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending time with her husband, Jason, and their three pugs. Their son, Fletcher, recently graudated from Clemson University with a degree in Automotive Engineering.

Lauren is a licensed Realtor in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio who recently relocated from Charlotte to Chicago with her husband. Bringing a realtor’s perspective into the mortgage industry, she is passionate about creating a seamless and supportive experience for clients while building strong relationships within the real estate community.

This move marks an exciting new chapter both personally and professionally as she steps into the role of Client Care Coordinator with the Meadows Team while pursuing her path to becoming a Mortgage Loan Originator.

With a passion for homes, home buying and selling, marketing, and design, Lauren enjoys helping others navigate one of life’s biggest milestones. Outside of work, she loves traveling, pottery, and finding creative inspiration in everyday life.

As both a Loan Officer Assistant and licensed originator, she plays a key role in guiding clients through the home financing process with clarity, care, and precision. Originally from Atlanta, Paige spent years as a successful Realtor and Associate Broker—an experience that gives her a valuable, well-rounded perspective in today’s mortgage landscape. She understands the transaction from every angle, allowing her to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and advocate effectively for clients and partners alike. Before transitioning into real estate and mortgage, she managed a high-end steakhouse in Dunwoody, GA, where she became known for delivering polished, concierge-level service. That same commitment to excellence and personalization defines her approach today—ensuring every client feels informed, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Since moving to North Carolina in 2020, she has continued to grow her career in the mortgage industry, combining her strong operational skills with her ability to originate loans and build lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Paige is the heart of a large, blended family—married to her husband Frank since 2002 and proud to be part of a lively household of nine children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, gardening, exploring charming North Carolina mountain towns, and savoring authentic NC BBQ.

Reagan Gulotta is a Loan Officer with The Meadows Team. She joined in April 2021 while attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Go Heels! After graduating in 2022, she turned her passion for the mortgage industry into a full-time career.

Having grown up around mortgages, Reagan was inspired by her father’s long and successful career in sales and operations dating back to 1985. She now specializes in new construction, renovation loans, and non-QM programs such as DSCR and Bank Statement loans, offering her clients flexible and tailored financing solutions.

Based in Charlotte, Reagan proudly serves clients and realtors throughout the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas — as well as in 14 states nationwide. When she’s not helping clients achieve their homeownership goals, you can find her exploring Charlotte’s newest restaurants and events, often with her puppy, Piper, by her side.
