I would encourage the team to have some sort of evaluation to their client … meaning if your client is organized and provide you with documents on time and more, then the team should make every effort to make the closing happen timely (even if it cost you to work on weekends and not to wait on last minute deadlines) …. A head of planning is always better :)"

"Honesty it was because I was the first person to go through the renovation loan process that it was not the best experience it could have been. I worked primarily with Tim Keator and he and Chris were good but because they both were unfamiliar with the process I learned this after the fact and not before hand. Clients should be partnered with renovation specialist from the start so the know everything as they go along.
